  • Product label and leaflet
  • Blister paper and scale sticker
  • Formulation selection within a category
  • Concentration and volume configuration
  • Multi-language label copy

What we don’t do

The process

Six stages, in order

Each stage produces something concrete. Nothing moves forward until the previous stage is settled.

  1. 01

    Requirement review

You tell us the product category, target market, packaging direction and indicative volume. We confirm what is feasible at that scale before any commitment.

    • Product & market brief
    • Feasibility confirmation
    • Indicative MOQ
  2. 02

    Product & formula selection

We map your brief against the available formulations — HA dermal fillers, skin boosters, PN/PDRN, PLLA, CaHA, exosome or meso solutions — and shortlist what fits.

    • Shortlisted specifications
    • Concentration & volume options
    • Sample plan
  3. 03

    Branding & packaging design

Logo, retail box, label, leaflet and blister paper are prepared against your artwork. Local labelling requirements are confirmed with your importer or agent.

    • Artwork adaptation
    • Packaging specification
    • Label copy review
  4. 04

    Sample & documentation review

Samples are dispatched for evaluation alongside the technical specification sheet and the documentation that is available for your market.

    • Physical samples
    • Technical specification sheet
    • Documentation status
  5. 05

    Production & QC

Production runs under the manufacturing quality management system. Quality control records and batch documentation follow the production lot.

    • Production schedule
    • QC documentation
    • Batch records
  6. 06

    Delivery & market support

Shipping documentation is prepared, including air transport classification documentation for hyaluronic acid gel where applicable.

Packaging

Packaging customisation

Retailing an injectable product means the packaging has to satisfy two audiences at once: your brand identity and your market’s labelling requirements. We work on both together.

  • Primary carton and secondary retail box
  • Product label with concentration and volume fields
  • Patient-facing leaflet and instructions
  • Tamper-evident features
  • Batch and expiry printing
Customised product packaging and branding materials

Documentation

What documentation you receive

Documentation is the part of OEM most often left vague. Here is what is actually available and what remains your importer’s responsibility.

  • GB/T 42061-2022 — Shandong Zhongyuanlianke Biologicalengineering Group Co. Ltd 04725Q10000111
  • GB/T 19001-2016 — Shandong Zhongyuanlianke Biologicalengineering Group Co. Ltd 04725Q10111R1S
  • Technical specification sheet — composition, concentration, volume, packaging and shelf life for the selected product
  • Air transport classification documentation — available for hyaluronic acid gel, provided on request

Product registration and market authorisation are separate from quality management system certification and follow each market’s local pathway.

Distributor support

Launching a range, not just a product

Most distributor enquiries are portfolio-level rather than single-SKU. We can help you map a coherent range against your channel and market, then support it with documentation.

  • Portfolio selection

Category-level selection across fillers, boosters, regenerative and biostimulator lines so the range holds together.

  • Sample programme

Physical samples dispatched by express courier for professional evaluation before a volume commitment.

  • Documentation support

Specification sheets and available quality documentation supplied for your supplier qualification file.

  • Localisation support

Packaging and label copy adapted for your market, with local requirements confirmed through your importer or agent.

Buyer questions

OEM FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity for private label?

MOQ depends on the specific formulation, packaging configuration and artwork complexity. Because these vary per project, we confirm the applicable MOQ at the requirement review stage rather than publishing a single blanket figure.

Which packaging components can be customised?

Logo, retail box, label, leaflet and blister paper can all be customised, along with scale stickers and additional printed materials where applicable.

How long does OEM production take?

Lead time depends on whether stock product or a custom configuration is required, and on the artwork approval cycle. A concrete schedule is provided with the quotation.

Do you provide documentation for market registration?

We provide technical specification sheets and the quality management documentation that has been issued. Registration itself follows each market’s local pathway and is normally handled by your importer or appointed agent.

Can you support a distributor launching a full range?

Yes. Distributor support includes portfolio selection across categories, so you can build a coherent range rather than sourcing individual products independently.
